About Save the Children
Save the Children is the leading independent organization creating real and lasting change for children in need in the United States and around the world. It is a member of the International Save the Children Alliance, comprising 27 national Save the Children organizations working in more than 100 countries to ensure the well-being of children.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping Methods and Costs
Save the Children offers shipping with the U.S. via UPS Ground.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We offer international shipping via UPS. Shipments outside the United States are subject to extra handling charges and fees. Contact Customer Service 203-221-3755 or 1-800-728-3843 or email orders@savechildren.org for applicable rates. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer. All international shipments will only be sent to the same address as the credit card that is being charged.
In stock merchandise will ship within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
Standard ground delivery time averages between 6-8 business days, excluding holidays.
Our standard carrier requires a street address and telephone number.
Gift certificates are shipped free of charge using USPS First Class delivery.
Damaged Deliveries.
If an item is received damaged please notify our Customer Service Department within 24 hours so that a claim can be processed. Please hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise no claim, replacement or refund can be honored.
Gift Items.
We want you to love the item you purchased or received as a gift. If you any reason you would like to exchange it we are happy to replace it with another selection. Just repack the item in its original packing and return it to us via an insured courier, (e.g., UPS, FedEx or US Post) and retain your receipt. Save the Children is not responsible for items damaged or lost.
